We have worked with exchange companies & TATOC to develop a ethical product and to ensure we stay within all relevant industry rules and guidelines

We know through our research that many existing and potential new owners would undoubtedly prefer to own a product like ours. 


MAINTENANCE FEES!

Every Timeshare Owner understands why it would be impossible for timeshare to work without management charges. 

They also understand why they must increase on an annual basis.

Every Timeshare Owner understands that the management charge is the ongoing price you pay to guarantee your quality holidays.

This knowledge does not however make the management charges easier to pay.

Nor does it make the the ongoing commitment any easier to deal with.

WHY WOULD I WANT IT?

The Vast majority of owners that we are dealing with are people with a long term commitment to a management fee. 

Very often in perpetuity and in many cases with no chance of ever getting out.

As People age and income often reduces this long term commitment can become a worry.

Most owners do not want to be leaving a burden for the next generation.

SO WHAT CAN YOU DO? 
WE CAN:
Help you to be Maintenance/Management fee free.
Help You to be Legally be released from your timeshare.
Help Ensure that you have no further unwanted dealings with your previous ownership.
 
HOW DO WE DO IT?
We sell 5, 10 and 15 year packs structured to suit your needs.

Upon the completion of your chosen package we take full responsibility for your former ownership. 

From that point on we are legally responsible for ANY fee’s incurred. 

We deal with the legal disposal of your timeshare through the Timeshare Channel.

WHAT DO I GET WITH TSC?

A membership to the timeshare channel for your  chosen length of time. 

Extra holidays on tap from as little as £99 per party per week.

Access to our low cost short breaks program.

A free membership to privileges for ongoing holidays for as long as you wish (after your package term has expired.)

WHAT DOES IT COST?

This depends on the duration of the plan purchased and size of unit required.

Finance can be arranged through an independent broker upon request.

What happens if I die before the term ends?

You membership would pass to your next of kin with the same terms and conditions.

Could I sell before the term ends?

Yes. You can to anyone you wish with the same terms and conditions as set out in your agreement.

Would I have to pay any management charges at all?

No these have been paid direct and upfront to the resort upon completion of your contract.

Will I have to pay exchange company membership or exchange fees?

No provided you book through the Timeshare Channel.
